Để được bảo hành, khách hàng cần cung cấp video quay từ lúc mua hàng trên shop đến lúc đăng nhập vào game. Video này là bằng chứng quan trọng để chúng tôi xử lý yêu cầu bảo hành của bạn.
Khi bạn cần hỗ trợ, xin hãy gửi mã đơn hàng để chúng tôi xử lí còn các trường hợp gửi tài khoản, mật khẩu hoặc ảnh sẽ không tính vào thời gian bảo hành bên dưới
2. Thời Gian Khiếu Nại và Bảo Hành
Đọc kĩ phần mô tả sản phẩm để biết thời gian bảo hành security của từng tài khoản
Thời gian khiếu nại và bảo hành cho các tài khoản bị security và mật khẩu mặc định là trong vòng 2 giờ nếu không ghi gì thêm, điều kiện không đổi mật khẩu tài khoản.
Ngoài SEC ra thì ROBLOX UPDATE quét trực tiếp EXEC và SCRIPT sẽ DELTED TK bên mình sẽ bảo hành 12h kể từ lúc giao acc cho ae nếu bị DELETED.
3. Hỗ Trợ Rút Tiền
Shop không hỗ trợ rút tiền về. Khách hàng vui lòng cân nhắc số lượng mua để nạp vào shop.
4. Xử Lý Sự Cố Nạp Tiền
Vì một số lý do shop hoàn toàn không có tự động duyệt đơn nạp tiền cho khách hàng mà shop sẽ tự xử lí vào mỗi từ 12h sáng đến giờ vì vậy hãy kiên nhận hoặc liên hệ chúng tôi nếu bạn đợi quá giờ đó
